I downloaded Second Son yesterday. It looks amazing.

badz1491043d ago

it definitely is. those neon and particle effect stands the test of time and still looks gorgeous to this day

Hawk1986661043d ago

Well this is obvious for Second Son, it was almost a locked 60fps on PS4 Pro, so it should easily be locked on PS5.

badboyz091043d ago

Glad I waited for Ghost. I tell people don't rush for these games.

AnotherGamer1043d ago

oh? Rush? Ghost of Tsushima was still great on ps4.

CobraKai1043d ago

Why not? It’s amazing on PS4.

Ghost of Tsushima looks amazing in visual mode with 60fps!

Ghost of Tsushima looks and runs absolutely incredibly on PS5. It’s so smooth that it’s distracting. It’s more than smooth though. The detail is more pronounced. Hell it looks so good that of i didn’t know any better I’d think it was a remaster. (Not a remake, a remaster) Even something as simple as the Ghost level fading away into particles and blowing off the screen is crystal clear and silky smooth. The water, the combat, everything. People will definitely want to revisit this. I am using my same Q90R that my PS4 pro is connected to right?
Unrelated sidenote- if you play dead by daylight on PS4 and are now playing it on PS5, hit the options button when you have the game highlighted, go to version, and make sure you’re playing the PS5 version. Game looks so much better it could pass for a sequel.

I think it’s because the resolution is also upscaled to 4K. I had the original PS4 that played games at 1080p so seeing them again in 4K is glorious.

Or its just a fantasy take on warframe....? Not every open world fantasy game is an ER game ffs.

CrimsonWing6926d ago

But the developer literally said it’s Elden Ring inspired 🤷‍♂️

poppatron25d ago

I agree completely, it genuinely looks the nothing more than a fantasy war frame, really doesn’t matter if digital extremes want it to likened to one of the most popular games in recent history, certainly looks good in the title of an article such as this.

PunksOnN4G26d ago

Nah the Gameplay loooks boring as hell even some of the warframe fans said this looks trash and tbh this just looks liek a budget elden ring looking type game. Gameplay was rough as hell.

bababooiy25d ago

I kinda agree, it looks very budget. Much of the presentation just comes across as soulless. Even seeing the npcs be these faceless creatures doesnt really help.

PunksOnN4G25d ago

Asmongold a huge soul fan already said hes not playing it based off that gameplay he called it soulless and bost the attacks were not even hitting ut would hit u cuz that how bad the hitboxes were LOL

It's nice to have when a developer goes the extra mile with the finer details like lip syncing. But it's not a deal breaker if the gameplay is damn near perfect.

But we'll see what they do in Creed. But future games will definitely get the lips down whatever the language audio is spoken.
