Not to mention if you are a hardcore gamer who knows the industry and the like then you've probably been keeping up with the game, watching developer interviews, gameplay videos, reading the studio dev blogs, so on.
I LOVE the very few instances where games do this. It's such a waste of time
On ps4 I was disappointed Killzone was pretty much the only game to do this.i think if a studio wants to put their name in your face. Do it in the story mode intro for a new game and credits, that's it. Keep it short even if it's just 1 screen of logos and it shows the publisher, devs and that's it. Put things like licenses on the title screen and that's it.
