While I do agree with the main character not counting, technically, although u get Noelle in a wish, it is guaranteed from the first 10 pull which they provide you with at lvl5/7. You don't have to spend any money so therefore it is free and should count.
The main character doesn't count, and Noelle is only unlockable through a wish so that's 5 characters not 7
