That’s a people problem, not a league problem. It’s like Xbox live. I always tell people in MY personal experience the racism on Xbox live is through the roof. It’s ultra toxic. That’s not a Xbox live problem, it’s a people it attracts problem. I like to think of HOW to solve a problem. The only way is a better reporting system. One that is truly followed up on and QUICKLY resolved. Someone yelling racial slurs, homophobia, etc would probably need to be a how many people reported the same thing, if the reporters are on each other’s friends list, and how many “neutral” (not on either friends list) voted. That’s a hell of a algorithm. It would have to be developed so the human just needs to confirm the ratio to finalize the ban. Racist screen names, clan names, messages, and such should also be easily banned. Those should be reported and banned same day. If the clan name is Nazi (saw this in COD) you can bet your bottom dollar it’s going down in every room they play in. Anyway, I played league for a few years straight. It’s toxic nature is from everyone being “leet” players mostly. Problem is the harassment goes straight to racism... no matter your race. It’s a blind ignorance.

I think that ship sailed. When I was learning MOBAs, I recall someone telling me to uninstall the game, left a bitter taste in my mouth.
