I hope it's easy to come to the fan to clean it, without VOID the warranty.. PS4 PRO allowed that.

I don't line the two USB ports on the front side in the middle of the glossy black. I see all kinds of scratches with frequent cable in and out.. I'll keep the cable in it all the time

Purely speculation here, but i think it's this part under the faceplate. The metal strip with the single screw, as that's usually how Playstations storage slots look.
