Latest Cyberpunk 2077 TV Spot Features Keanu Reeves

The latest Cyberpunk 2077 TV spot aired, and it features the one and only Keanu Reeves! And nope, it's the real one and not a digital version.

The story is too old to be commented.

wow! :D
Will do Keanu but on PS5 for me ;)

The question is - do I get this on PS4, or wait till I get a PS5 to experience Cyberpunl in it's next-gen glory?

Decisions... decisions.

PS5 of course. CDPR makes these games once a gen. You want to enjoy it in all its glory. Also with PS5's ssd, the loading if any would be minimal. PS4 would be sluggish in comparison.

if you put an nvme usb 3.0 dirve it would still be pretty snappy on ps4/xbox, maybe even faster since the textures are lower resolution. so loading wouldn't be an issue, it would be mainly not getting the experience in 4k/60 and effects.

I'm not playing anything else on this Gen. I'm waiting out whatever I need to.

Nacho_Z22d ago

I'm mopping up a few indies that I didn't get round to but no more big games for me, including Cyberpunk.

ArchangelMike22d ago

Oh man I know that feeling. The thing is, due to some current constraints I won't be able to afford a PS5 until early next year. I honestly don't know if I can handle the wait.

demonseye22d ago

@ archangelmike dont worry man people that can afford it have to wait until early next year preorders are through the roof.

Enjoying Cyberpunk 2077 in all its glory requires investing on a powerful PC.

depends on the performance on your current console.
If it can do 1080p at steady good framerate then the overall experience will be the same regardless.

But given the option of course it would be better on the thinking especially about the load times.

I'm going to save Cyberpunk for the upgrade.

Get it on PS4 unless you are willing to wait a while for the next gen graphics. They have stated they don't have a timeline for when it will be ready because it was always intended for current gen. Seeing that they just sent it in for certification and are having 6 days crunches up until launch i don't think they are working on next gen yet. Plus i don't see them half assing the upgrade like some of these other companies. I think they will take their time to add everything they want and make sure its worth it. Personally i don't expect it until next fall the earliest.

Ok, so that's why they can't move the date.
