I know some only tune in once people riot and then have the audacity to wonder why people riot (something even the pacifist MLK understood 6 decades ago), but people need to learn their history when it comes to that symbol and the narrative Ubisoft was perpetuating. The symbol has been around for decades. Attempts to invalidate the authenticity of Black grievances and undermine the agency of Black people by suggesting Black people are under the sway of some nefarious cabal are even older and a tactic that has been used by both liberals and conservatives in the past and recently.
