Good news Kingdoms of Amalur fans! THQ Nordic have released a gameplay trailer and you can view it below: Kingdoms of Amalur: Re-Reckoning will release September 8th on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
Hmmm...It’s been a while since I played this game, this remaster doesn’t look that good to me. I can wait for a sale for this.
this game is really cool for like first 2-3 hours, after that gameplay becomes extremely boring with same combos.
Did you even play it? Its amazing with deep rpg elements. I have a platinum for it on ps3 and I loved every second of it. Would recommend it to any rpg fan
@sunny Yes sir/mam, I finished the whole game and can claim that combat was pretty boring/repeating. don't get me wrong, it's a good game I would rate it 7/10. PS: you know what game had great combat Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen.
I will wait for actual gameplay instead of a montage. Still not convinced.
It’s an old PS3/360 game . They didn’t remake the combat so go look at it . The combat is outdated but it was still a fun game to back on PS3 .
Hum... I would have hoped for more upgraded graphics. Still getting it tho.
Man, been a while but kinda looks same-y honestly. Just looks like the PC version (which I played). The new DLC is the deciding factor here.
People should learn the difference between a remake and a remaster. It’s definitely a improvement but I’ve been playing this on Xbox one x on and off and characters here look a lot more detailed and colorful.
Re-reckoning will run at 4k 60 fps on the One X
ahh yes. the stealth archer
Hopefully that lunatic Curt Shilling doesn't see a dime from this.
I’m not a fan of Curt either but like I said above I do admire him risking and losing all of his money to make his dream game .
But didn't they also commit fraud?
The game that defrauded an entire state, and yet Schilling never got his "Reckoning."
This definitely looks like a remaster and not a remake. However, it also still looks like good fun after all this time, and I couldn’t recommend it more if you haven’t already played this game. It was fable with much better combat and “boss” battles, yet similar in charm and lore IMO. I’m personally excited to see this make a return.
Never got to finish this masterpiece. Here's my second chance
Same, mainly because I was in college and when I finished Dragons Dogma released
It's really a great game, completed it twice on PS3. Worth playing if you haven't yet, but for those that did, it seems like a lazy remake with just upped textures by looking at this trailer. Did they change anything else?
It’s definitely a PS3 game and combat has come a far way since then but I still really enjoyed my time playing this . I’ll add it to my collection for sure
It looks a lot like a Darksiders game
Ellen is losing her mind.
Was a great game that flew under the radar
Enjoyed the game on PS3. But I probably won't be buying it again.
