Cancelled Star Wars Ragtag game details surface

From Eurogamer: "A former producer on Amy Hennig's cancelled Star Wars game has shed new light on the project, and how far it got at Dead Space studio Visceral Games before EA pulled the plug.

Its main character, a rogue who producer Zach Mumbach describes as a cross between Robin Hood and Star-Lord, was "well-formed". Its design was well under-way, with several levels and a major set-piece involving an AT-ST chase nearing completion. But, as we know, it was not meant to be."

Game looked brilliant from the bits we seen, sadly now EA like many other corporate overlords want games designed around the 10-15% of cunts who regularly purchase MT's and loot boxes. Single player gaming ruined.

When was the last time nintendo put out a cinematic action adventure game? Something with dialogue?They make great use of their established ips, but they are a japanese game-maker through and through. They make Mario and Zelda, they dont make Uncharted.

We hardly saw anything from this and I still wanted it so bad. It looked so promising. So disappointed and mad at EA
