Arkanya Games are today very happy and excited to announce that their upcoming Zelda-like retro adventure game "The Girl From Arkanya" is now fully funded on Kickstarter ("The Girl From Arkanya” was able to reach its base goal of 10k USD in less than 24 hours).

Why do retro games need voice acting? I backed out of the trailer as soon as I heard it. This type of game feels more authentic and immersive with just text.

I'm surprised it has voice acting but in a good way. I think getting voice acting is better than having just text.
