After seeing some previews I was excited to play this game. Sat down with the fam only to discover no couch co-op/mp and menus filled with cosmetic transactions. The developers claimed they ran out of time and it was too difficult to add split screen. What the really meant is there isn't enough money selling microtransactions in couch play. This game should have been free-to-play.

Costs money to make money brah. Every dev have a ton of features for their games that either come later or dont come at all.

Except you can get everything through normal Gameplay(so far i got everything and never paid a extra cent. Kudos you get for playing and the farther you get in a game the more Kudos you get, the the only way to get Crowns is by winning in a game or get 3 in the Battlepass, and also the Battlepass is Free for everyone. I don't know what the heck you mean this game is littered with cosmetics transactions as you can get that just by playing the game and it is not that much of a grind. The only difficult currency in game is Crowns but you can't buy that with money so yeah.

2 trophies require you too spend real money off the store if you wanted the plat? That's fucked up for a start
Edit: but agree with the rest of your comment, the game is fun as hell but I was disappointed in the 2 trophies requiring money off the store? And yes I understand its kinda f2p but we still pay for the ps plus to get the game?

There is absolutely no Trophies exclusive to buying anything with real money. Everything in the game achievable for free.

Battle Pass: Free(no money needs to be spent for this. All 40 levels of the Battlepass is 100% free. Just play the games and you will get Fame and that Fame is your XP for the Battlepass and eventually you will get to level 40.)

Cosmetic Store: Everything in it is achievable just by playing the game. You get Kudos by playing(the farther you go along the more you get. I have 30k Kudos and no money was spent on that so they are not that difficult to get) and for the Crowns, you can't buy those at all. You can get 3 in the Battlepass and the rest is only if you become #1 in the Finale

What's funny is I don't even compare it to another game at all. The Mario Party comparison is relative to couch co-op/party game setup vs online as well as saying "Something like Mario Party" in that context, and not making a reference to its gameplay or any other game's gameplay at all. Wait, upon re-reading my review, I use the word "Controls". Is that too similar to Remedy's action game from last year? Will people get confused? Should I change it?

Un recommended downloaded it on PS4 part of PS+ found 1 game straight away played it didnt qualify got sent to spectator mode left that because I just thought I would join other matches Cant a find single match anymore thank god I didnt buy it not worth it for a one match per day game even though I am not sure if that what it does as today is the first time I played the game

I've had some matchmaking problems but nothing a restart game didnt solve. 3 days about 40 matches. Fun as hell, is it perfect no but a great fun game non the less.

Not sure why you're having connection problems. Apart from the first half of launch day, I've had no problems.. have played almost 200 rounds so far.
