Sameer Mitha: A worthy game if you enjoy open-world adventures and my personal game of the year so far.
I'm about to start this beautiful game
I've been playing it for about 7 hours, with a smile on my face. I love it so far
Yeah, me too. I'm having so much fun. The combat is sooo good. And the visuals in this game are just insane. The story and world have already totally engrossed me. I can already say this is likely to be one of my very favorite games of the entire generation.
I woke up at 5 to get a couple hours in before work. Currently socialising I'm the real world but in all honesty I can't wait to get home
Hell yeah! Preloaded and ready for tomorrow!
So hyped for this!
Shouldnt this make you feel like a samurai?
Haha, my exact thoughts. But then again, I won't be able to pick up my copy until the morning, so what do I know.
It's ghost (ninja) of Tsushima
The game is about a samurai becoming a ninja-like figure because being a samurai alone isn't enough to protect the land.
It makes you feel like a samurai AND ninja. In truth, many historical ninja were of the samurai class.
The game has been available for me to play for about 11.5 hours. I've been playing it for 7 of those hours. The game is just straight up cool as shit. Combat is so awesome. It just puts a smile on your face. I'm playing on hard and it feels so great. I urge everyone to do the same.
Agreed. I'm playing on hard and I'm loving the combat so much. The whole game is incredible, honestly.
I'm struggling to decide whether I want to play Samurai or Ninja... I want to be the badass that walks through the front gate and takes everyone head on. But... I also want to be the badass that skulks the shadows and eliminates my enemies without them ever knowing I was there. Am I the only one really struggling with this? Haha, I'm sure I'll play the other side on a second playthrough. I just wonder if mechanically speaking. One is more entertaining to play than the other, you know?
I thought u do both?
I've seen reviews saying the stealthy path is a bit clunky. Only because of the enemy AI and how theh react if you get spotted. I've heard the combat route is the way to go. So thats how I'm taking it.
I always play stealthy. So I'm knocking on the front door, on hard difficulty.
Mine should be finished downloading in just a few minutes. Ready to start this journey in T-minus 10. Good hunting fellow Ghosts
Played it for a few hours. I honestly thought it was going to be better. However, im not going to judge it yet as i'm seeing the experience improve as i get more familiar with the controls and get more skills unlocked.
I agree. I think it's remarkably... okay. But, it's still enjoyable, and I think it's definitely worth continuing.
@Sun Oh for sure - not giving up on it - in fact I think it's getting better. There are some things I really like and some minor gripes but it's definitely a great game. I know I just said it was "okay" a few hours ago, but it's growing on me. I still feel the same as before, but again, it's growing on me and I'm appreciating it more.
Yes, definitely worth playing. I've put in few more hours and the game play is starting to grow on me. Also, im getting invested in the story now. One great point about the game is the world. I love that you can be riding through a green field and then suddenly stumble upon a huge patch of red, white or purple flowers. The scenery is amazing
WELP.... then it failed i thought we were playing a samurai
Im sorry what?
