See the Future of Xbox on July 23 on the Xbox Games Showcase

Xbox Wire writes: The day you’ve been waiting for is nearly here: On Thursday, July 23 at 9 a.m. PT, we’ll be giving you a closer look at the future of gaming with the Xbox Games Showcase, including world premieres and updated looks at some of the games we’ve already revealed.

Phil please bring your AAA titles both existing and new IP's. Sony didn't even have to do much I feel like to get all that momentum besides horizon and GT they didn't show any other major AAA Sony IP's because they didn't have to now bring the games and gameplay

Please don't do another zoom video call instead do professional E3 type digital event

It doesn’t make sense for Sony to show ps5 stream at 4k 60 FPS when they do 30fps cinematic games anyways. Xbox are making 60 FPS games for next gen not just better graphics but performance as well so it makes sense for Xbox to have that 60 FPS video available after

I think you should focus on the world premieres, but in any case I'm keeping my expectations extremely low on this one.

Can't wait to see what MS is bringing to the next gen table. Mostly looking forward to Medium, but I'm generally hyped to see more next-gen footage. 60fps stream is nice, althought the 1080p resolution + stream compression won't do the games justice. Hopefully MS can provide high bitrate downloads for the gameplay demos afterwards. It's a real shame that we usually don't get a chance to see an accurate representation of how those games will actually look.

The medium does look really good, and also Scorn. Medium has that silent hill vibe to it.

I doubt any game on Xbox Series X or PS5 will be 1080p, bare minimum these consoles should be able to push out is 1440p.

Yeah. I think the expectation is services and hardware will be August.
