This pretty much highlights the problem with Sao games. They say you can make your own character but cutscenes have you look and sound like kirito. Breaks immersion so bad. All they have to do is 3d model the cutscenes and put your character in them but that would mean Kirito mascot would take a backseat and they can't have that.
