The video game industry has seen a resurgence of remade titles the last few years - from Resident Evil 3 and Doom to Final Fantasy VII. Even the Half-Life series had multiple fan entries made even before we finally got Half-Life: Alyx.
But each and every one of these – despite being redone from the ground up or remastered with all the powerhouse of the new technologies we have to offer – also banks on the nostalgia the names carry with them.
Resident Evil 3 remake got ported to Mac, iPhone and iPad.
Capcom has announced that Resident Evil 3 Remake will be the fifth entry in the series to receive an iOS port for Apple devices.
Because the headset isn't capable of running it simply put it's not powerful enough.
Look at metro awakening on quest 3 that's pushing it to its extreme and it's quite far behind PC and PS for graphical capabilities.
For whatever reason and despite all evidence to the contrary, their are some companies bent on convincing themselves and others that people want to play premium games on Apple devices.
It's assumed apple is paying for the ports. Apple probably paid a lump sum for all the RE games so capcom is just finishing up the contract.
Or maybe Capcom sees this as port practice for the switch 2 or these ports are what the switch 2 versions will be?

Mario 64 is great but I wouldn’t put it over Mario World.
Sorry lol. I wrote the article but 5 of us voted for many different games and majority went on the list then we worked on the list. If it were just my personal top favorite we'd seen some xenoblade and star ocean as well as some others. Thanks for checking out it!
