A number of issues are keeping Hunters from enjoying Phantasy Star Online 2's Windows Store debut today. Here are a few fixes to help you out
Some WoW-like MMORPGs are better than others. Here's a curated list that offers a wide variety of games that let you play with other people but have something unique to offer.
WoW is a mess and it will continue to be a mess. Still, the less-developed MMOs are going to have trouble gaining a fan base because they lack content right now. Even if people do flock to FF14 or BDO, they'll go back to WoW if they fix enough features or give players a shred of hope.
Blizzard is going through some stuff right now, and people are seeing the writing on the wall— World of Warcraft might not be the best game in which to invest your time at the moment.
Nah, I'll keep playing the game with the millions of other people. The writing on the wall says "game is not dead" even though people have claimed it is for 15 years.
With the release of a global server, this MMORPG is available on PC and Xbox. However, does Phantasy Star Online 2 have cross-platform play?
Here, let me save you the click: "Yes, Phantasy Star Online 2 does support cross-platform play between Xbox One and PC"
A rocky start? More like a disastrous start.
I have seen people say it's uninstalling itself, not installing at all, not launching. Others have said reinstalling just makes another copy of the game taking up a ton of space on their hard drives.
Even I have had issues, and I'm not somebody that runs into problem like this often at all.
I was playing fine, I took a break, came back to play and now the game won't even launch. On the Microsoft Store app, it just says the app has encountered a problem and needs to be reinstalled. I have heard that this has been the case for tons of people, and with how long it takes to download right now, it's a painful process, especially if you have to do this multiple times.
Even if you do get on, there is no point playing because the servers can barely cope with the amount of people trying to get on. It's like they didn't expect that a large amount of pc players were going to join, even when they were warned about it. They don't have enough ships to handle the player base right now. Japan has 10 (I think) North America has 3.......but it's not just North America trying to get on, it's people from all over the world.
Honestly, it's been one of the worst launches for a game I have ever seen.
