Rockstar Games will be conducting one-to-one discussions regarding its live service game, GTA Online, with a select number of players.
Rockstar Games is permanently banning players for using an account duplication exploit in GTA V's multiplayer component, GTA Online.
Why is this news? Is this supposed to be some sort of heads up to those involved?
Ok people are upset with the issue & they want answers & solutions. Rockstar could look up & say fine we will add Denuvo Anti Cheat software to the game as Bethesda has done with Doom Eternal then people will end up getting pissy with Rockstar for adding that because it may have the same situation as Doom Eternal cause slow down itmay be needed even if people want to just play Single Player there is no solution with this situation. While PCs is an open source platform yes there are good points to PCs being an open platform & I am afraid this one of the Bad ones & it is here to stay & that is why people say that PCs are the master race in gaming because you can Hack away at games without any conciquences & actions. Well Rockstar could do it where your Rockstar accounts can be locked to specific store fronts & then do massive ban hammers later on as they will have to make a new Epic account to make a new Rockstar account but by that time you will have to pay for the game so the hackers will dwindle. there you go your choices have possable machine breaking Anti Cheat Software or locked Rockstar Accounts which one do you want.
