Dordogne is a beautiful debut title for Un Je Ne Sais Quoi, a French indie studio led by Cannes Award-winning animation director Cedric Babouche coming in 2021.
Dordogne is a visually stunning game with a hand-painted watercolor art style. Gameplay is a mix of point-and-click adventure and narrative exploration. Our full walkthrough will help you solve puzzles to uncover Mimi's lost family secrets.
A game that's about rediscovering childhood memories, Dordogne is a beautifully poignant journey with a gorgeous art style.
WTMG's Heidi Hawes: "Dordogne was not the game I was hoping for. The gameplay is awkward and tedious, and the story takes far too long to get interesting, then ends rather abruptly. The only area that did manage to live up to the hype was the art design. Unfortunately, after soaking up its breath-taking watercolor aesthetic, I found Dordogne to be less of a wild adventure, and more of a lackadaisical drift downstream."
Creative. I love adventure games. I'll pick this up if it drops on Switch. I just finished Milkmaid of the Milkyway and that was an excellent pixel adventure title.
THIS!!! THIS is what id like to see more of, more creative presentations instead of chasing generic realism, anime and the worst of a modern Pixar style. Im on this like white on rice if only for the art style, but the chill, mood heavy adventure looks right up my alley too.
