Operencia The Stolen Sun just works on so many different levels. Expansive was really taken aback by just how well put together, presented and enjoyable it all is.

This is huge for me. Been waiting for a good turn-based RPG on PSVR. I bought this back in June, when they first announced it was coming. I tried like 30 mins of it, to know it's already great in its own right. The devs had said classics like Eye of the Beholder were their inspiration. This is really going to be great in VR!

This is big news for fans of rpgs on the PS VR! There really isn't a turn-based game like this, other than the really low budget Crystal Rift.

I didn't know much about this game before I heard this announcement, but I started watching reviews, reading from the developers. It seems it was a great little indie game to begin with, having a 25 hour campaign, great old school grid-based dungeon crawling gameplay full of loot and quite a nice aesthetic.

Head's up, it's on sale for 30% off on PSN for $20.99 right now. I bought my copy today and will wait to play it after the update. Hope it hits really soon. Pretty much like a 30% off preorder. :)

Yeah this is a nice surprise to be sure. It will be a free update too so pick it now on sale if you want to play it in VR.

Yeah. This is going to be cool.

I was going to make a turn based RPG for Dreams after the VR update but it might not seem necessary. Depends on how this one turns out.

If this game is good, then I can just put full concentration in my action game instead.

@Justin for sure. I hope this sells well, so that the demand for VR rpgs is seen! It's a steal at the sale price. I would have still bought it for $30.

@Apocalypse Sounds awesome. I'd like to see what you create. I can't WAIT for the Dreams VR update! I'm a bit bummed I didn't get called for the VR testing. I would have gladly done it for free! I live in Europe, but moved here, still use my US PSN account. Not sure if that had anything to do with it, or that I presented them my idea, but it exists more in concept sketches/paintings that I've done and have yet to get deep into building.

See, I built a basic room in Dreams, and then brought it over into Photoshop and painted over it with my concept here... https://i.imgur.com/H9Ko3FB...

There's a story behind it, which I explained to them. But yea, still in the early concepts and I hope I can find the time to actually build it. I'm not THAT experienced in 3D, so hope I can pull off something decent. I've dabbled in Maya in the past. Building in VR has me even more excited though, because I've always dreamed of "entering" into my artwork, my fantasy worlds, and it's never been easier than it will be with Dreams. :) Probably won't be a game though, and more of a story-driven experience.
