PS3 Update 4.86 Released

Sony has released PS3 update 4.86 for the 13-year old console! Here are the official changes made by Sony in this new firmware patch.

"This system software update improves the quality of the system performance."
Also as a side note, today is also the removal of PS3 chat between ps4 and vita.

They hacked them all. The PS3 has been cracked at a hardware level for many years now. It cannot be patched through firmware.

I miss when PS3 had the Folding@Home. Whenever I wasn’t playing I was folding, it was on 24/7 from the time it started to the time they took out the Folding.

Folding at Home was great. wished it comes back on ps5

At one point I think it had real time cloud coverage.

The Folding@Home globe visual has always been one of my favorite things ever. I actually miss just laying there, relaxing in my dark bedroom while watching it mind-numbingly.
