You can get a SCART to HDMI adapter box on amazon for like 30 bucks prob less on aliexpress, and then you just need a Saturn Scart cable.... the main advantage over this is the mode selection, you can choose resolution to scale to, 4:3 vs forced widescreen, and you can use it with other systems (anything that you can buy a SCART cable for, meaning PS1, older 8 and 16 bit systems, etc)
