Also, what's with all this Game of the Year naming? Was Dirt Rally 2 ever game of the year?

when they use that phrase is when all the released content is on the disc as well as the base game. However some games have been dishonest about that and would give you a download code instead for the content that was released as DLC. Fallout 4 is one example. Some people would argue the justification by saying the content was too much to fit on the disc. My argument is why just one DISC? Have it on another disc. Its not like it hasnt been done before. Fallout 3 Game of the Year Edition was on multiple discs. So was Borderlands 2 Game of the Year Edition.
There are other games out there that release a NEWER up to date version of their game with all the content. But again can be dishonest by giving you a code to enter. Street Fighter V Arcade Edition and as well as Street Fighter V Champion Edition are examples of this. The Spiderman game also is one. So is the Batman game.
How can we know if a game gives a code or actually has it all on disc? Well we never know until someone buys it and reveals it to the gaming community.
