I wonder if this is part of Microsoft's strategy to abandoned physical media or possibly gamepass advertising makes their roles redundant you don't need to market a game as hard when the majority of players get the game as part of a sub which already promoted upcoming games
Tbh Microsoft I think Bethesda being 3rd party same with Activision would probably more competitive than thus scenario imo

I would argue that changing the model from pay 2 play to a "netflix style" were the user pay a certain amount per month and have access to a library of dozens of titles should be Stadia best bet.
Stadia public should be the more casual crowd. However their current model just don't work for that market.
Get rid of the bs subscription model and allow us to purchase games or keep the subscription model and have all the titles available to play like most services.

Short of never being made and/or released? Being designed/planned as if coming into a market with better alternatives and coming into it late. As apposed to coming like it were the only game in town.
