Torn Banner and publisher Tripwire Presents have announced that Chivalry 2 is now content complete, so it won't get any more major updates.
The Epic Games Store has yet another free game, and it's a pretty damn good one.

Not true, even in linear games it makes it far easier to do things like add more variety in your surroundings, fill the space with more assets and detail, eliminate loading screens or loading tricks(like arkhan asylum's loading doors) and allow more environmental detail when in a fast mode if navigation (like racing games) also from the sounds if it you might get the option to temporarily allocate some SSD space to double as ram which opens up a whole other suite of capabilities.
It would be great to see Popup greatly reduced.
Less so for other games? Having the technology available may add unexpected advancements to games and genres we didn't expect. Im being optimistic instead of my usual pessimism.
