Sony Interactive Entertainment and Bend Studio have released the 1.61 patch for their open world zombie game Days Gone and it features a massive reduction to the file size of the game among other fixes.
New details on Days Gone Remastered accessibility features, including High Contrast Mode, UI narration, control remapping, and more.
Sony has announced that all the improvements and tweaks of the remastered version of Days Gone will be available to PC for free.
The pre-load for Sony and Bend Studio's Days Gone Remastered is now available, and the download size has been revealed.

Lot of Developers should take note.
More devs need to do this. If a game reaches over 100 gigs right now it is usually poorly condensed. Like why the hell is CoD MW 130 gigs? Why is Destiny 2 like 100? If Naughty Dog can get Uncharted 4 down to 50 gigs and keep TLOU2 from going over 100 gigs (2 bluray discs can only mean up to 100 gigs) then CoD and Destiny can be less than 100 gigs each.
