PS Vita Remains a Viable Platform in 2020

People like to make the PS Vita means life gag, but it’s seemingly true as the portable seems poised to secure more support moving into 2020. Despite the device being over eight years old and purportedly discontinued, there are new titles for the system launching on the PlayStation Store this week – as there are virtually every week.

I bought a Vita to use during my trip to central Asia. I bought quite a few games for it: killzone, uncharted, resistance and absolutely loved it. I wish I had supported it earlier on.

Yeah, I should have, but I guess Sony's poor marketing turned me off. I bought the original fat version. It's an awesome handheld. I truly enjoyed the freedom of the PSP. However, the priority hardware must have been another turn off for me.

Great in its heyday, but now is a great console to collect for. Glad I grabbed what I did over the last 7 years.

Someone just needs to solve the memory stick cost issue. Fix that expensive thing, and wham! It's back on the market. That's the ONLY thing that held the Vita back. If Sony wouldn't have been so greedy with that memory stick, we'd be seeing a different scene about now.
