7 Big PS4 Exclusives Coming Out in 2020 That Are Worth Getting Hyped About

Even with the PS5 on the horizon, there are still some big PS4 games in the pipeline for 2020. Here are the titles that you should be hyped for this year.

You can have all the power you can get, but at the end of the day what sells consoles is EXCLUSIVES, this gen and next gen sony will be the only home console to have true EXCLUSIVES, pc and xbox players will really be port begging next gen. Switch is not a dedicated home console, their handheld 360p kiddie ports dont appeal to me.

It's not complicated Sony and Nintendo do well because they give gamers a reason to buy their hardware. Exclusives help sell consoles which in return help sell mora games

True. The very reason why I own a PS4 Pro is because of their exclusives on the other hand personally for me most of Nintendo exclusive offerings are just not that interesting though I do think the Switch is a cute piece of technology.

Perhaps not, but its long list of exclusives is a big reason why I have one. Well, that and there are games that are either cheaper and/or play better on PC. I guess I'm a different platforms for different things kind of guy. Exclusives do move systems though.

I agree with you. I'm actually a PC gamer first as well but I do have a PS4 just to play Sony exclusives.

I'd say Nintendo has the upper hand when it comes creating online games, despite being incapable of making a modernized service, like Splatoon 2, ARMS, and MM2. I think they also offer a much larger library of gameplay focussed games which, if your thing, can be considered an advantage.

With Sony I'd say they excel in 3rd person action-adventure/role-playing games. God of War, Marvels Spider-man, and HZ:D being good examples of solid games on the platform. They tend to do a good job of intertwining a narrative with their games, so that can be considered an advantage.

It's really not difficult to find reasons why you could like one systems games over another.

Without a doubt, Sony's PS4 has excellent high profile games to close their cycle. I'm sure TLoU2, FF 7 Remake, Ghost of Tsushima will provide the expected quality. In my opinion I think Nintendo has proven themselves to turn this generation in their favor bringing a portable versatile device. They are doing great and their exclusive performance is extraordinary. I don't factor out Nintendo in the industry and their importance in the video game industry.

I'm sure the next generation will be very interesting for Nintendo and of course Sony. I hope these games delivers more than we expect.

I think a future releases of FF7 remake will be 1 year timed exclusive so sony has something big lean on moving forward

Sony has their proprietary developers for their exclusives. Insomniac, Santa Monica, Guerrilla Games, Sucker Punch, Fromsoft among many others that provides exclusive titles.

It doesn't matter bigger point is Sony is the reason we are getting this remake to begin with. Publishers sign these deals to get huge sum of money upfront to cover cost of development. Exclusives sell and FF7 remake is such a huge game that most who will want to play won't wait a year so Sony has done smart business wise. Exclusives sell consoles and if you can give consumers reason to buy your console in its last years that's potential new customers as Ps5 launches

MS also paid to keeP Titanfall Exclusive and the fanboys were okay with it and trolling the PS4. EA made the announcement and even said without this deal the game wouldn’t exist

MS also announced the deal with RoTR themselves

You think Microsoft still does not do said things?
They have done it since the launch of the Xbox 360 .. and it worked back then..
With titles like gears of war 1-3, mass effect, gta additional content, titanfall, tomb raider, dead rising, left 4 dead, and all the timed exclusive content not to mention the many smaller independent games Microsoft got 1 year exclusives on this gen.

This is the “competition” many defend.
If Sony did not get on board, Microsoft would have strong armed all of gaming by doing what they do best.. monopolizing.
