Could also be that Take 2 and EA are incredibly lazy publishers.

Or Denuvo:

Our guess is that 2K Games and Respawn will release new patches that will resolve these Denuvo issues with their games in the next couple of days. Still, it’s really hilarious witnessing such bugs in 2020.

It appears the crackers are too lazy. At least for Fallen Order because retail version apparently works. And dude, if you find everyone to be too lazy, maybe it's time to do something yourself? Did you even read the article and comments or are you too lazy? Talk is cheap, you know.

Funny thing is, if you read the comments under the article just the cracked version is affected ...

Can we get DSO banned from here? This news is completely inaccurate. Jedi Fallen Order is working perfectly. If you pirated the game, it won't boot - which is exactly what the copy protection is intended to do.

That means one of two things: DSO don't actually verify anything for themselves, or they are pirates. Take your pick.

He would kill it with a show or trilogy based around the character or some other story that involves Cal Kestis. Currently the best thing about Star Wars.
