Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order Review - GamerKnights

GamerKnights did a full review of the new "Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order". Any good?

More:

"Darth Souls… Respawn Entertainment – the creators of Call of Duty and Titanfall, plus the Star Wars license… can this be anything other than a complete winner? Story: Those of you expecting a big wall of scrolling text paired with John William’s iconic score to kick things off will be disappointed though. It’s a low-key introduction as you’re introduced to Cal Kestis, who has been hiding in an Imperial Backwater with the Jedi Order crushed. The game is set between Episodes 3 & 4, but most of the imagery will be more familiar from the original movies rather than the prequels. The story is remarkably well developed, and whilst Cal is never the most original or interesting protagonist (you can’t nor are ever really tempted to go to the Dark Side), the supporting cast are excellent, particularly your crew-mates Gris, who is surprisingly funny, and Cere, who has a surprisingly nuanced back-story."

They're not looking to acquire, but are they looking to be acquired? That's the big question now with companies like EA, T2, etc.

EA relies way to much on their licensed ip's which isn't a good thing for a Buyer.

I really want them to finish up Cal's story so LucasFilm are free to use him in a TV show or Film if he survives in the end anyway

Cal or Ezra should be rebuilding the Jedi Temple Order...not Rey.

CrimsonWing69266d ago

Please do. These Jedi games have been exceptionally top tier.

Other than their performance but yeah

CrimsonWing69265d ago

I didn’t really run into performance issues, but I played it on PS5.

We don't want it, let someone else develop Star Wars

Tacoboto266d ago

1. Yes we do want it
2. One of the biggest recent announcements has been Star Wars Outlaws, developed by someone else.

all of those are good. I'd add some honorable mentions like Dark Forces and the original vector graphics arcade game.
