The European PlayStation Blog says that the Steins;Gate: My Darling's Embrace visual novel will launch on December 10, 2019.
In a Strangely Compelling Multimedia interview, its president and staff talk about Steins;Gate: My Darling's Embrace and other projects.

"I did a lot of talking with non-binary friends and family about language and what was concerned the proper way to phrase certain things."
Well there’s a dude that looks like a girl in the game and the article also states that in Japanese the script is being nice to the character but translating it in English It becomes offensive so he tried to figure out how to convey what was said in Japanese in English without sounding like your being an asshole to the character
Steins;Gate: My Darling’s Embrace is an excellent, light-hearted spin-off that fans of the series will enjoy!
