China imposes video game curfew for minors

The latest move to curb video game addiction also includes spending limits on gaming accounts.

The story is too old to be commented.

Hey, Blizzard's biggest customer base that they support taking away more freedoms.

Instead of a government stepping in, shouldn't the parents/guardians be the one to control that?!

TK-66630d ago

Yeah, fuck the government. Unless its about MT's. Then we grab the lube and spread them cheeks...

Juusterey629d ago

yeah
We should be all hate or all love
forget ever thinking the other way

Juusterey629d ago

Man I’m glad I live in the U.S of A 🦅

annoyedgamer629d ago

Don't be so glad. I wouldnt be suprised to see similar bans enacted here. The state always moves to grab more power.

I doubt the United States will ever get to that, if it does, well have a civil war and gaming will be the least of our worries.

Smokehouse629d ago

Our generation doesn’t even know what that means. The people of Hong Kong know more about it. The USSA has a decade left before these idiots turn our country into China. They think centralized authoritarian power is something new and progressive. Like that hasn’t been done since we started recording history.

You think this Orwellian nightmare isn't eventually coming to the US?

You haven't noticed the heavy censorship from the Silicon Valley tech giants?

princejb134629d ago

maybe ill actually have a chance now against these chinese players in mobas cause dam their really good

Relientk77629d ago

Wow, I'm glad I'm not a gamer there. That's ridiculous.

Bleucrunch629d ago

This is cross the line on so many levels....WOW! Now the government tells you when you can or cannot play video games??

shadowraiserx629d ago

Games with abusive microtransacions, yeah. I dont see anything wrong with those type of games. If you are gamer you probably have 2 or 3 games to play per month.
