EA has revealed that Star Wars Battlefront 1 & 2 have combined for 33 million copies sold!
Aspyr Media Inc allegedly used a fan-made PC mod to add previously Xbox exclusive content to Star Wars Battlefront Classic Collection.
Aspyr if we sell hotcakes get that code from radical or something and create battlefield 3 please
I thought that was kind of obvious they were incorporating mods to piece this game together. Maybe not, but that's made me worried about one thing:
They also planned on adding the modded ending to KOTOR 2 but were legally blocked from doing so, even after they advertised that to help sell preorders for the game on Switch. Could the same happen with this? Any opponents have 3 weeks to bring down the hammer.
Is Star Wars Battlefront 3 coming? Well, the correct answer is yes, no and maybe. It’s been six years since the second instalment, and fans are still waiting for confirmation of another sequel.
Game companies are not mature enough to handle this concept without turning it into a casino.
The remakes of battlefront should have been more simular to the originals. CoD/battlefield reskinned as Star Wars was not the anwser.

Remembering or celebrating? It's Halloween yo, that's what people are celebrating.
The first game was really fun. I remember being disappointed with this one when it first released.
I went back last month actually, and had more fun than when released-but I still think the first one is superior. Do like the soundtrack!
That's insane but I seem to recall the originals were called the same thing back on xb and ps2 so maybe... just maybe they are combining ALL the BF games, past and present???
Well yea. The first game went on sale for $30 within 2 months and battlefront 2 became $10 within like 2 months.
Very sad to see this. The messaging to EA is keep doing what you are doing (i.e. pissing on gamers).
I know this looks bad, and like the partial boycott of BF:2 failed. However, there is a reason they are combining the two into one big number rather than splitting them (as they would if 2 surpassed 1 in sales, so they could emphasize the improvement).
BF (2015) clearly sold significantly better than the sequel. By January 2016 it sold 12 million and by may 2016, 14 million ( https://www.google.com/amp/... BF:2 on the other hand, only sold 9 million by January 2018 ( https://www.pcgamer.com/sta...
Even assuming BF (2015) trailed off significantly after May 2016, it still would have sold several million more by the time of BF:2's launch in 2017. Thus, well more than half of this number is the earlier game, so people refusing to buy BF:2 was absolutely effective. Absolute sales may be high, but EA doesn't make a big budget sequel on a huge IP, have lower sales on a larger install base, and consider it a success.
If you don't believe me, note that EA is cautious about another battlefront sequel ( https://www.google.com/amp/...
