I don't know who is in charge at Bethesda but they need to really rethink who they are targetting. I fear that Bethesda will go the way of Ubisoft where almost all of their games are service and online driven in the next 5 years

This game could have been accepted if they have a really great single play game that is released alongside the game.
The key aspect that made Fallout 76 fail is their target market. Most of the fallout players are single-player gamers and are not keen on online multiplayer and you can give a single-player only franchise a multiplayer treatment.
This would have been so much better if it was a new IP.

Is that question a joke? I put over a hundred ours into fallout 76 as a fan I kept hoping I’d discover some reason to keep playing or that I would start having fun when I got to the end game but the truth is it’s a horrendous game imo, frame drops, bugs, boring quests, nothing to really do, design problems like storage limits and the fact that Bethesda don’t care and rather than fix core issues they keep adding new monitization in the form of repair kits, cosmetics and now this subscription.

Honestly i would genuinely recommend that you get gamepass over fallout 1st even if you don’t own a Xbox or pc that’s how much I hate that game I really tried to enjoy it and if you do that’s great but for me it just felt like a friend had stabbed me in the back.

Gamepass is awesome, I know there is a lot of well deserved hate for Microsoft on this site but gamepass is a genuinely great thing I’ve played so many games I would never have thought to try the demo of let alone risk my money on and found some real gems.
