I read that some people struggle to even pay for the subscription. That's how buggy it is.

Oh damn. I want to see Bethesda reaction to this loooool

They'll most likely try to buy the domain from him. I think that he can get a good amount of money out of Bethesda, if he plays his cards right.

Probably issue a cease and desist. He doesnt have to give up the domain, but could potentially fall under trademark laws for the content.

Fair use, friendo. This is a valid parody, and without any ads to generate revenue to boot.

Trademark and copyright aren't the same thing. Receiving income from the venture is immaterial to both trademark and copyright law. All they have to do is say that using the domain in such a way is somehow infringing on their trademark. Trademark law can be exercised outside the rules of fair use.

Wasn't saying Bethesda would win a case if it was contested, just that that is how they would have to approach it, and if they do anything, that's what they'd do.

Personally I find it rather amusing.
