Gamepass is getting better everyday. The Outer Worlds day one for GP subscribers is great news.
Having said this, the game is receiving really high review scores and looks great so I'm glad it's available for gamers on every platform to play.

It runs better on PC but I've completed it on both. It's genuinely unnerving and scary when you explore certain regions

I played it with an I5 3470? and a GTX 970. There are longer load times on the console version but if you don't mind that it's good. I played on the X. Either way I recommend this game and there is another Subnautica game in Early Access on Steam.

While game pass is good for people with limited income, if you can afford to buy games then please do to give developers more support. The money from game pass is better than no income for devs but game sales are best

Unless you just go out and purchase most games avalible, XGP is good value for any gamer. It gives them a great mix of AAA to indie titles that are outside what most gamers typically spend their money on. In fact, I would argue that for most gamers, outside of hardcore gamers, XGP is exactly what they need. If XGP didn't support devs, they simply wouldn't put their titles on the service...they do it for a reason. Instead of suggesting which way gamers support devs...just encourage them to support devs period. XGP does this.

I think GP benefits smaller titles than the larger ones. The gears 5 revenue would have been higher if they charged full price. Some people literally pay for a couple months then cut. Great for consumers, not so much for larger devs especially at times when the subscription is so cheap. You would need a lot of constant subs to cover the costs of AAA games like Gears5 plus that money has to be shared. How sustainable this day 1 model is, is questionable. Asking sony to put games like GOW on psnow day one just does not make business sense when you see what they sold at full price for GOW and many of their other AAA games. Devs need profit to survive. Also as Tim said, for the casual, GP is the best way to get into console gaming...I can fully agree with that.

Outer Worlds looks awesome, like what we all wanted from Fallout 4.
