Ugh. Memories.
Grew up playing this, Street Fighter 2, and Link to a past on my brother's (eventually passed down) SNES. This was legitimately my entry into gaming.

Same here. My older cousin was playing Super Mario World one day on his SNES when I was four years old and my family was over visiting. It's the first time I saw a videogame, and the rest is history. It's still one of my favourite games of all time and my favourite Mario title. If not for it...I probably would have come across videogames before long anyways, but it's difficult to say if it would be the consuming hobby I've had for the vast majority of my life or if I would have gone in a different direction.

Best game ever. Without a doubt. I remember getting Super Mario All-Stars, I don’t think I’ve ever felt that level of happiness since.
