Publisher Modus Games is showcasing the anticipated sequel Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince at Pax West this week, and today they've released seven minutes of new gameplay footage.
Neil writes: "It's been pretty much a year since we had the opportunity to check out Trine again, what with the release of the Trine: Ultimate Collection and Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince itself back in October 2020. Now though it's time for a bit of a tease as Modus Games and the development team at Frozenbyte announce the Melody of Mystery - a new story-driven DLC campaign for Trine 4."
Just in time for Halloween, all manner of horror descends onto PS Now today. Fight for your life in the post-apocalyptic open world frontier of Days Gone. Embody the undead hero of Sir Dan Fortesque as you fight to bring peace back to your village. Outwit one of cinema’s most iconic boogeymen in multiplayer Friday the 13th. Buddy up for some medieval puzzle platforming work in Trine 4: The Nightmare Prince and tackle Double Fine Productions’ own brand of roguelike in the wastelands of Rad.
I knew they would have to add Medievil for October on either Ps plus or Ps Now ! Glad i waited.
I bought medieval earlier this year when it was on sale for 20. And after the game being out for 20 years I finally beat it and I loved it.
I’ve learned that not all games are meant to be beat right away. But, it’s always nice to have options.
VGChartz's Taneli Palola: "As we're in the coldest part of the year right now, I thought it would be fitting to highlight some seasonally appropriate musical themes, even if this winter has been somewhat lacking, at least where I live. I did a very similar spotlight in 2018, but it's not like video games are short on winter-themed tracks, so here's another eight for you to listen to!"
