Red Card Soccer was a thing. Also back in the day you could use cheats on FIFA to turn on no fouling, no handballs, turn the ball on fire etc. This take is nothing new. Just not been seen for a few decades

It’s true but being wildly unbalanced can be just as annoying and dull. I’m glad to see they aren’t focusing on Esports though. It will probably be the most popular esport for that reason.
MW2's balancing was very questionable but it's probably the most fun COD. Esports really do take the fun out of everything.
