A Plague Tale is One of the Most Disturbing Games I’ve Played

Kotaku writes: "It’s been so long since a game has truly scared me that A Plague Tale: Innocence caught me completely off guard. Tense, terrifying, and meticulously crafted, Plague Tale excels at making you feel utterly helpless. Set in late 1349 in Aquitaine, France, the medieval setting is one of the game’s strengths, distinguishing itself with the backdrop of a dark, and tragic, history."

Wholeheartedly agree. Love this game & it’s characters. An emotional journey, no doubt.

I have not played "A Plague Tale" yet, but it is definitely on my "to do" list especially after seeing Jim Sterling's (Jimpressions) 15-minute playthrough.

A contender for game of the year

I wouldn't have expected it to be a happy game given that it's based on one of the biggest tragedies in human history, but yeah, I agree.

That screenshot reminds me of the canceled game for Wii. Sadness

A very good narrative driven game, also, an easy platinum trophy :)
