I love when Nvidia says stuff like up to xx%. It always reminds me of Arkham City which performed badly on some computers so Nvida kept having these updates and I remember if you added up all the % performance enhancement it was well over 200%. Of course from the first patch to the last the gains were like 2-3 fps average.
Oh well, hopefully integer scaling is a real thing and not just a marketing buzzword because they are taking a bit of heat from AMD's RX's but I highly doubt it.
