Switch was the most searched for product on Amazon Prime Day 2019

Mega retailer Amazon held its annual “Prime Day” earlier this week in which it held a ton of discounts and special offers on a variety of products. Switch wasn’t one of the most purchased products, but it was actually the one that was searched for the most.

I don't know where such people are hanging out. Ever since launch, I have seen exactly one switch used in public, and that was on a flight to Tokyo. Back in the DS heyday, you would see them being used in public every day, now everyone is just using their phones.

With the updated model and the Switch Lite coming out very soon, it's definitely not a good time to get a Switch. Better wait for new models.

Might see some clearance pricing for the original model. System is relatively expensive for what it is, and $300 is just a touch past the the impulse point for a lot of people.
