I think you guys are missing the context and the post of the article 100% was. Dr Manhattan is one of watchmen so it was word play rather than something the epic in size.

Regardless if whether its wordplay, and yes i agree it was clever, the connotations with wordplays is that they have dualistic meanings... in this case, it doesn't.

Yeah watchmen fans will get this plus those who enjoy the movie perhaps, but its still a low key announcement.
