There are some games that deserve a follow up the first to continue the story or build upon the world that the original game created.
Teardown out today, November 15, all other titles available from November 21.
Been thinking of getting Teardown on Steam for Steam Deck play. Heard a lot of great reviews for it.
Nothing of interest for me. My sub is up in 2 weeks & I'll go with Essentials only for cloud saves & online. Having Extra or Premium is a waste for me seeing most games that land on the service are old that I've played already or old games I never had any interest in playing.
With one of the best combat systems ever, I would love to see this series resurrected.
And I wish the Shadow Hearts Series would return. It had one of the funniest combat systems ever in a j-rpg
i wish the damn collection would be on ps5 already.
i think the grandia series died with 3. just wasnt good. xtreme wasnt good either.
1 and 2 are the best.
Shadow hearts needs to come but also grandia collection with 1 and 2 never came to PS4. Still waiting lol till then I play the ones on the PS3 they have them all on there for 8$ each
I wish Wild Arms would return, I wish Namco would do an HD remaster or remake of the Xenosaga trilogy. I wish the Ar Tonelico trilogy was ported to PS5, I also wish Ar Nosurge and Ciel Nosurge were on PS5. I would jump for a new Grandia game. I wish SquareEnix would bring Xenogears to a modern console.
When a game hits on a good idea, some developers are content to play it safe for the sequel, making a few refinements but largely stick to what worked the first time. That totally makes sense. But Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope is not that kind of sequel; even though Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle surprised us all with its smart XCOM-style tactics in Nintendo clothing, this followup maintains its best ideas but reinvents itself to the point where it immediately feels very different. It’s bigger and better in nearly every way, with a more freeform and customizable take on combat and an almost completely rethought overworld that’s much less linear and absolutely packed with puzzles. The story’s all over the place and the Switch can’t always handle everything smoothly, but it’s a fantastic game that can be played as either an enjoyable cakewalk or a deep, demanding tactical challenge, all while maintaining its zany sense of humor.
The amazing thing about Mario is that this character is still meaningful, while at the sametime being anything.
Vanquish!!!
