Subjective list but I do agree with a lot of them. PSVR is just trucking along with game after game. And Sairento is another great game already out in some places and in North America this week.

But Ace Combat 7 VR isn't a game. It's a mode. Something I wouldn't pay $40-$60 for. Like GT Sport VR mode. The games they are attached to are awesome. But I wouldn't pay anything over $14.99 for them because the VR is lacking. Bandai Namco could have done more and made more levels. Instead of trying to use VR gamers as a marketing gimmick to sell the main game.

VR is getting better and better. I’m super hyped for what’s next.

Latex742119d ago

There are a few games like that more a add on than a game vr is great though need too get back on mine

So glad the headset is going to be compatible with PS5. Love VR, just don't get enough time to play it. Looking forward to No Mans Sky in VR, really need to play Blood and Truth, and Sniper Elite VR looks like it'll be awesome.

Great game but too difficult. Couldn't finish it and moved on.

sinjonezp99d ago

I am with you. By mission 17 my mind was checking out. However.....Can we get a new one by now?

Luc2099d ago

Well done getting that far! I think I made it to chapter 7 or 8. That bloody timer! Would play this game more if it was a bit easier. I might try again sometime see if I got better

strifeblade99d ago (Edited 99d ago )

Generation is too soft. Game was not difficult by my memory. Great and fair challenge.

Gamist2dot099d ago

Wwwwut?... Did you use same jet throughout the whole game???

FinalFantasyFanatic98d ago

I struggled too, I didn't get very far, I can't remember if the previous games were even this hard.

An excellent game, one of my favorites in recent memory. I only wish they made the VR mode span the entire campaign instead of a few select missions. And that they updated it for PS5/PSVR2, the resolution quite sucked in PSVR1.

ApocalypseShadow99d ago

Agreed. They could have sold a whole lot more units for VR users. To this day, I still go back and play those few missions. Stopped caring about the main game because I got so used to playing in VR. PC VR users would have bought copies as well.

Hopefully we get 8 or a remake of earlier entries.

Not even available physically in the US apparently. Good job Namco

jznrpg278d ago

That’s always disappointing

Sgt_Slaughter277d ago

Namco/Capcom/Square are notorious for skipping the US for physical releases of some games and it's always a disappointment. It's much easier to import nowadays, but we shouldn't have to resort to that.

jznrpg278d ago

Fun game. They should have made a PSVR 2 port as well.

Snookies12277d ago (Edited 277d ago )

I honestly thought it did have PSVR 2 support, but was sadly mistaken. I was excited to check this out when I bought mine. It is so incredibly stupid that Sony hasn't figured out some way to bring VR 1 games to VR 2. Especially when they're barely giving VR 2 any support as it is.
