A Top Gear Forza Horizon 4 crossover has arrived and it includes The Stig, some silly cars, and Chris Harris narrating your adventures.
Forza Horizon 4 is getting delisted on December 15. To celebrate the end of an era, developers approved 80% off all the editions.
In June we learnt that Forza Horizon 4 was the latest game to suffer from delisting due to licenses expiring (happening December 15th 2024). While the game is discounted to encourage people to pick it up, Microsoft could go so much further with this.
If the game is online or has on disc DRM, you don't own it. Simple as that.

I don't why are you getting these dislikes, cuz you're right. The only digital store where you own the games is GOG, cuz you literally get install files.
It's been shown multiple times, that activation servies (or DRM if you wanna call it that) on disks tend to go down. All these zoomers downvoting you don't remember GFWL and other crap.
the biggest issues are definitely the car brand and music licensing in the game.
Phil Spencer, head of Xbox, wants better game preservation across the industry, per Axios.
Spencer wants to see legal emulation, allowing players to access any older games.

You do realise that it was Capcom that decided to only allow their games to be accessible via PS Plus, and not bought, right...
Sony had literally nothing to do with it, otherwise you'd see other games - such as SIE published titles - doing the same thing.

Playground is on a roll with these updates. I would assume they are about to start strictly on their next project for the racing team. I hope its a cart racer and not FH5. Yes, I want the next Horizon to be in Japan, but no need to rush it...we can get that in year 3-4 of Scarlett...they should switch gears a little and do a Xbox cart racer starring the Xbox Avatars and major Xbox characters from over the years. Chief, Marcus, Voodoo Vince, Banjo, Cortana etc.
Best racing game just keeps getting better. I do not even play my other racing games anymore its FH4 in glorious 4k 60fps on my pc Max settings.
I used to like Top Gear too.
