Everybody's Golf VR Review | NZGC

Blair writes: "I have a real soft spot for games like Everybody's Golf that takes the idea of a sport sim that can be ruthlessly hard, making it a combination of fun, accessible, and challenging. Now with Everybody's Golf VR bringing the experience to PSVR I was excited to check it out, and I was not disappointed."

1vscpu and 1vs1 second screen and online would obliterate the competition. But still a great game. 8.5/10

Another course +.5
Multi player(1vs1)+.5
Play against your caddies and front desk attendant(1vscpu)+.5

Would produce 10/10. Do it Sony. Make this the best VR golf game with the future DLC.

This is an amazing bundle - all of those games are proper top tier VR gems.

Since this is bundled with the adaptor to hook up to PS5, I'm going to go out on a limb and say this pretty much confirms that these games are all about to get proper PS5 patches in the same way that Blood & Truth has, which is awesome.

Boosted resolution, framerate, loading times, highest quality assets at all times, no LOD, no pop in, etc. Bring it!

I still maintain that Astro Bot is one of the best games ever made...

SamPao1250d ago

duuuude, after playing playroom.... mmmh this is tempting... I would love to play more astrobot

Europe has NO PS5 Sony! damn (still my ps5 to be delivered to me) .....bring more consoles to satisfy demand and secondarily promote bundles

jznrpg1250d ago

@Sonic I’m sure Sony wishes they had enough PS5’s to meet demand but the demand from the entire world is enormous . They are at full speed in their manufacturing process no doubt .

PrimeVinister1250d ago

Moss is absolutely gorgeous and massively underrated

SullysCigar1250d ago

Definitely - also worth noting that they released a free expansion, which came after the already glowing reviews. If there was one criticism at launch, it was that the game was too short. the free expansion certainly helped!

Also, this game is 'Book One' and the devs are working on a sequel!

Edgelordsupreme1249d ago

Blood and Truth was the game that made me sick on the PS4, it benefits a lot from the PS5 upgrade to 90fps.

uth111249d ago

Four top-notch games plus "Playstation Worlds" which is more of a teaser

It's a shame the moves controllers are hard to find, unless you want to pay a lot more for them.

jznrpg1250d ago (Edited 1250d ago )

Dope bundle . Moss is a gem, AstroBot is the best platformer of last gen .

Aussiesummer1250d ago

I bought my bundle when covid started and it already came with these games except moss, was RE7 instead, way better I reckon. RE7 is just amazing in VR.

Ratchet751250d ago

RE7 on Psvr makes your underwear turn brown.😂😂

Neonridr1250d ago

here's hoping we get RE8 in VR but with motion controls so you can aim your gun and stuff

There were better prices on the PlayStation Store as regular sales and Christmas time frame. I got Sairento and AC7 for $15 new. And that was physical at Gamestop and Target respectively.

As for Fruit Ninja, I think this is the ONLY price drop I've ever seen for that game. And I still won't buy it at that price. The developers are nonexistent and have kept FN at full price since launch almost 4 years ago. Want to be ninja? Get Sairento. You'll thank me later.

Shop around. You can always get a better deal until you can't.

Subjective list but I do agree with a lot of them. PSVR is just trucking along with game after game. And Sairento is another great game already out in some places and in North America this week.

But Ace Combat 7 VR isn't a game. It's a mode. Something I wouldn't pay $40-$60 for. Like GT Sport VR mode. The games they are attached to are awesome. But I wouldn't pay anything over $14.99 for them because the VR is lacking. Bandai Namco could have done more and made more levels. Instead of trying to use VR gamers as a marketing gimmick to sell the main game.

VR is getting better and better. I’m super hyped for what’s next.

Latex741753d ago

There are a few games like that more a add on than a game vr is great though need too get back on mine

philm871753d ago

So glad the headset is going to be compatible with PS5. Love VR, just don't get enough time to play it. Looking forward to No Mans Sky in VR, really need to play Blood and Truth, and Sniper Elite VR looks like it'll be awesome.
