The last Banjo–Kazooie game was made in 2008, 11 years ago, and since then Rare has done nothing with this beautiful IP.
I think there is a banjo-kazooie amibo being produced.
no doubt. Every smash character will have an amiibo.
I think it's plausible that the bear and bird could make a comeback, more so now than at any point in the last decade, but if the duo aren't with the right team then there won't be much point.
If anything happens it will be ports of the first 2 games on Eshop
or on n64 mini
That's not happening. Nintendo already said it's not.
No. But if there's anyone that could make justice to it is not Rare, but Nintendo. I'd totally buy this, I'll buy it twice
I'm a big xbox fan and don't even own a switch but the best thing for the banjo ip would be if rare/Microsoft sold it to Nintendo.
You do realize Nintendo wouldn't be making it right? But, I seriously doubt a sequel is in the works anyway for Xbox or Nintendo.
I still don’t trust nowaday Rare to make a worthy Banjo-Kazooie sequel. Even Playtonic’s release of Yookah-Laylee paled in comparison to the series it was inspired by.
well good seems like you learned unlike so many others who are still buying rare games for some bizzarre reason
That would be funny if it came to switch and not xbox. Also sad.
Yeah, let'sget a Banjo, Conker, 3D Donkey Kong, and a port of both Luigis Mansions. Any other gem requests?
We need a nice adult game like Conker on Switch, Banjo would be a welcome return too.
I doubt it... Allowing an MS-owned property to appear on a different platform for a super-brawl title is completely different than allowing a full-blown game to come out on a competing platform.
Would love a Retro Studios Banjoo and Kazooie game.
As long as rare have the ip a new game wont get made. Craig Duncan pretty much confirmed they will only revisit old ip if they can make something drastically different. He even said people might think they want a remake but they don't really. You only have to have a look at the success of crash bandicoot to know that a remake would be extremely successful
