Its good, i don't mind a level squish back to level 60.

Doesn't affect any of the veterans of this game. An its far less daunting for newcomers.

Just a shame that wow has turned into this boring grind now. Even with a lower level cap, it wouldn't make me come back.

Codewow2193d ago

A level squish is extremely necessary for the game. They also need to make old end game content scale up to max level content just so people can play it like it was meant to be played even if the rewards are purely cosmetic at that point.

Thunder_G0d_Bane2193d ago

People already farm old content for cosmetics, wouldn't make sense for it to be as difficult as current content that would just piss everyone off.

Imagine needing a full 20 man raid to run an old raid for cosmetics that would suckkkkk so much.

Codewow2192d ago

I’d be fine with it. But they could just plaster it up as timewalking raids for those that want to play it how it should be and for those that don’t want the challenge, run it like normal.

rainslacker2192d ago

I don't really see what the problem is...if there is one. When they made the early game easy enough to solo on regular mobs even if they were 10 levels above you, the levels were pretty meaningless outside of what spells you had available to you. The first 20 levels of the game breeze by anyways, and with legendary account armors, you could be level 10-15 before ever leaving the starting areas.

Thanks to Activision, Blizzard has turned into a platform for "mobile quality" games, it's a disgusting shame, and proves that Activision must die. Blizzard should be allowed to make whatever they want, not limited to monotonized bs.

PapaBop2193d ago

While it's probably not a bad thing overall, it's not going to fix WoW's problems.
