Editorial: UploadVR Leads the Way for Virtual Reality

With some presenters this year having a bit of a lesser showing, UploadVR provided a detailed and enticing look as to what is yet to come for anyone with a virtual reality headset. Those who are already invested their money purchasing a VR headset will have much to play and for those who haven’t had the chance to get one will surely be looking into purchasing the hardware as UploadVR did help in leading the way for virtual reality."

It was...OKAY... I woke up early to start watching it at 8:45am and could have stayed asleep and got my information later.

PSVR owners were left wondering on if some games were coming to the platform and had to find out later or through other sources other than upload vr not being specific. Format was okay like a the first State of Play or Nintendo Direct. And the host was bland.

But it was their first and I appreciate their putting in effort compared to the lazy big websites that have no problem talking about mobile games but can't cover a growing platform in VR. So, kudos for trying. More effort and it can become something great. The site is definitely still a place to go to get VR information. So I know they can do it.

Edit: One idea while the timer was counting down was that they showed quick snippets of VR games. That actually was cool. It kept you engaged to not look away or you might miss something.
