Hardcore Gamer: Ninja Theory’s acquisition by Microsoft — among many other developers and studios similarly announced at the same time, and some later revealed at future events — was certainly a head-turner last year. And following the release of the England-based studio’s acclaimed 2017 title, Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice, curiosity was once more in Ninja Theory’s favor as many have been keen to see what the studio would come up with to help bolster Xbox’s first-party offerings.
Today Ninja Theory announced that content updates for its multiplayer combat game Bleeding Edge will cease.
Bleeding edge was fun for about 30 min but after that it’s just repetitive. They said it was just a game they’ve been working on for fun. But I’m glad they are putting everything into senua and I’m excited to hear about the “more”
Too bad
The game just didn't deliver anything good or new
It was another game I didn't have to purchase due to Gamepass
WTMG's Jason Palazini: "2020 has been a rough year filled with disappointments. As much as as we enjoy our games, even they were capable of letting us down."
From middling to downright mortifying, these games failed to meet expectations.
RE3R hurt my gaming souls that game could’ve been a masterpiece instead hit was just show horned in for the Resistance mode.
I didn't expect much from Bleeding Edge but was still disappointed. It's like they were actively trying to make a terrible game.
Took a great studio and made a Fortnite meets Overwatch clone?
I'm a bit disappointed for this Overwatch/Battleborn looking game. I just wish they would make part 2 of Enslaved.
Sorry skipping this one, it’s just not for me.
Not impressed. Overwatch clone and typical Xbox game, reliant on pressing Xbox Live which means they're not even trying to combat Sony.
